How do I know my order has been confirmed?

We’ll send you an email and an SMS once your order has been confirmed! We’ll also let you know as soon as your order left our warehouse (shipped)

 

What does “Pre-order” or “Forthcoming” mean?

These products are not yet available for purchase, but you can pre-order them on BFeri. Any order will be shipped to you on the day of its official release and will reach you within the delivery time mentioned by the seller.

 

I haven’t received the invoice for my order

What are the Shipping Charges?

Shipping rate is calculated is based on the weight of the products, the origin from where the item is picked from and the destination to where it is delivered.
The total shipping fee charged will be clearly indicated for each product individually at the main product page and the total shipping fee for the cart will be displayed at the checkout page.

 

How do I pay on BFeri?

How can I track my order?

We will send you regular updates about the status of your order via emails and SMS. After your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you, you can also track its status by signing in to your account, under “my order” on your desired order. How quickly can I get my order?

We do our best to get your orders delivered by the date listed on the product page. We also offer a premium delivery service for selected brands called Fulfilled by BFeri. FBD products are delivered within 24 hours in Dhaka, and within 48 hours in other cities.

 

What should I do if my order is verified but not delivered for a long time?

How do I cancel my order?

If your order is under pre-shipped status and your order is eligible for cancellation, “Cancel Button” will indicate on your desired order that you wish to cancel.

  • Click on “My Account” and click on “My Orders” in the drop-down
  • Once you see your order, click the “Cancel” Button
  • Fill out the cancellation request form
    • Choose the item(s) you need to cancel
    • Make sure you read and agree with the cancellation policy
    • Select your cancellation reason
